We've listened to your feedback and are proud to introduce powerful new features that will streamline your recruiting process. Keep reading to discover all the details:

Everything you need to know about this update

• Sourcing: Say hello to Betterleap's sourcing feature! This tool empowers you to find your ideal candidates with ease, based on location, job title, and skills—no matter where they are.

• Project details page improvements: Now, you can effortlessly view the current and next sequence step and date for any candidate, right on the project details page.

• New metrics: Our newly added Outreach Stats reveal which sequences perform best, enabling you to refine your approach for optimal results. We've also added an Interested rate to Team stats.

• InMail reply detection: When a candidate replies to your InMail, Betterleap will auto-update their status to "replied" and stop the sequence for seamless communication. This works if you use the same email for sending and receiving LinkedIn notifications. To activate, enable LinkedIn notifications by following these steps:

  1. Click on your profile picture on LinkedIn

  2. Click Settings & Privacy > Notifications > Messaging > InMail

  3. Choose "individual" in the Email frequency section
