Email sequence improvements ✉️

We’re excited to share our latest product updates! This week, you'll notice that sequences are no longer automatically sent when you source candidates. To send a sequence, go to your project, select candidates, and click on "Send sequence". We've also added search to the Projects and Submissions pages and fixed several bugs. Read on for more details.

Everything you need to know about this update

• New way to send email sequences: We've heard that our customers were feeling a lot of pressure when sending sequences right away, so we made an update to simplify the process. Now, to send a sequence, head over to the project details page, select candidates from the "Sourced" column, and hit the "Send sequence" button in the bottom right corner. Selected candidates will automatically move to the "Scheduled" column and messaged in accordance with your sequence schedule. Your sequence will no longer be sent automatically starting today.

  

• Search in Projects and Submissions: We've added search to the Projects and Submissions pages, enabling you to quickly locate projects or candidates. Currently you can search by project title or candidate name, with more search options coming soon.

The team is putting the finishing touches on a few new features that we're excited about releasing over the next two weeks.

• Faster Chrome extension: Soon, you'll be able to experience our newly updated Chrome extension, providing a faster sourcing experience on LinkedIn. With the ability to set it on either side of your screen, you'll be able to quickly source candidates without the need for multiple clicks.

• Unsubscribe link: In the next few weeks you'll have the ability to add an unsubscribe link to your email sequences. This will give candidates the option to opt-out of future messages.

• Ability to set sending limits: Soon, you'll be able to customize daily email sending limits and intervals. These enhanced controls can help you slowly ramp up email sending when you're warming up a new account.
