We're excited to share the latest updates to our platform that will make your experience smoother and more efficient. Here's what's new:

• New sourcing filters: First off, we're giving you more control over your search with three new sourcing filters: schools, majors, and more controls on job titles (current or past, or only current).

• Better location search: We've enhanced the geographic search functionality, enabling you to locate candidates based on more specific locations on Betterleap.

• Search with booleans: Betterleap now supports the use of custom boolean search terms. Simply choose a filter and input your search query.

• Source from your ATS: Next up, we've unlocked your entire talent pool. That's right, now you can source candidates from your connected ATS.

• Add candidate notes in the Chrome extension: The platform now allows the addition of candidate notes directly in the extension.

• More accessible contact info: For every candidate, you can now access all available contact information directly from the project details page.

• Prospect sourcing: Finally, we've extended our app to your sales team. Now, they can source prospects directly from Betterleap by creating a Sales Project on the Projects page.
